Privacy Policy

1. Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information

Share Spring, the Autism support app (hereinafter the "Service"), collects and uses only the minimum personal information necessary for the following purposes:

• OAuth sign-in, account registration, and user identification, including guardian and child roles
• Providing one-to-many emergency connections between guardians and children
• Sending real-time location alerts and push notifications to guardians when an emergency SOS is triggered
• Providing personalized communication cards and customer support
• Maintaining Service security, responding to errors, and preventing misuse

2. Personal Information We Collect

• Account and profile: Email address, user name, phone number, user role (guardian or child), unique ID, OAuth provider, and OAuth identifier
• Service usage: Guardian-child connections and pending requests, and communication cards created or edited by the user
• Notifications: Device token for push notifications, app version, Firebase installation identifier, and device and operating system information
• When emergency SOS is activated: Precise location data (GPS latitude and longitude)
• Connection information: IP address, user agent, and login session information

Location data is processed when the user activates the SOS feature to help confirm their safety and notify connected guardians.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

When a user deletes their account directly in the app, the personal information we have collected is deleted immediately. For requests submitted through the external request page, the information is deleted after identity verification. Information that must be retained under applicable law is kept only for the period required by law.

You may delete your account directly from My Page in the app or request deletion through the Account Deletion Request page.

4. Sharing with Third Parties and Service Providers

The Service does not sell users' personal information. When an emergency SOS is activated, the user's name and location data are shared with guardians connected by the user.

• Google and Apple: OAuth sign-in and user authentication
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notification delivery, app installation identification, and message delivery

Each provider processes information only as necessary to provide its services and in accordance with applicable law and its own privacy policy.

5. Data Protection and Transmission Security

Data transmitted between the app, our servers, OAuth providers, and Firebase is protected using encrypted communications such as HTTPS. Access to accounts and related data is limited to what is necessary to provide the Service.

6. User Choices and Rights

Users can change location and notification permissions in their device settings. If location permission is not granted, the SOS location-sharing feature may be limited.

Users may request deletion of their account and related data through My Page in the app or through the Account Deletion Request page.
