Request Account Deletion

You can use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.

How the Process Works

  1. Enter the email address and sign-in method used for your account.
  2. We will verify account ownership using the email address you provide.
  3. After verification, we will delete the account and associated data and notify you of the result.

Data We Delete

We delete your name, email address, phone number, user role, unique ID, guardian-child connections and pending requests, communication cards, login sessions, and device tokens used for push notifications.

Data Retention

If applicable law requires us to retain certain information, we keep it only for the required period. We may retain the deletion request record for up to 30 days after completion to confirm processing and address disputes, after which it is deleted.

Sign-in Method

If you can sign in, you can delete your account immediately from My Page in the app.
